Salon DeLaJe policies

  ARIVAL

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. Late arrival to scheduled appointment lessens the slotted time for your service, and you will still be charged the full cost of the service. If more than 15 minutes late, a new appointment needs to be schedule and cancellation policy will apply.

                                                                                                                            

  CHANGING APPOINTMENTS

 

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty.                                                                                                                                                                                                  

 

  SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

 

If you have an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. Please avoid coming to your appointment sick. For sanitary and safety reasons, Salon DeLaJe has the right to stop service and rescheduled for a different time. A one-time last-minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no-show policy is in effect.                                                                                           

 

  CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW

 

An appointment reminder is sent via text and email 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule or no-show your appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee.

                                                                                                                                               

  NEW CLIENTS & SERVICE OVER $100  

A credit card booking fee is required for all new clients and services over $100. A 50% booking fee is charged for securing service and it should be payed 48 hours prior to appointment.  The booking fee will be applied toward your service total.  This is done to protect your time slotted for your service and insures good business practices. This process will keep appointments on time, and we will give you our full/undivided attention to get best lash work Kennesaw has to offer.                                    

  OTHER ARTISTS’ WORK

 

If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there is a possibility that your current extensions need to be removed. This is due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension training, certifications and state board regulations. There are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained.  At Salon DeLaJe, our priority is safety of your natural lash and eyes. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree to possible lash extensions removal and a new full set to be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed. If we can work on another artist work, a surcharge fee would apply.

 

                           

  AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS

 

Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last-minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hour appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $30 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment. 

                        

 

  REFUND POLICY

 

You are paying for artist time, products and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
